At any RV Service Centers, every spring our service department are always booked with appointments for generators that either will not become operational, or if they did start they did not perform as they were supposed to. This was a result of letting the generator set over the winter time. Lack of use is one of the biggest problems with generators. In gasoline generators the fuel breaks down and gums up causing hard starting and surging problems. You can count on this problem if you don't use the unit.

Here's a great idea for drying shirts, jeans and anything you want to hang without touching the ground. Attach one of your light-weight aluminum folding chairs to your rear ladder using a bungee cord. This gives you an extended drying rack for your clothes without allowing them to brush against your RV.

Some time the shower in your RV can become very slippery once soap hits. A quick solution for this is to, take some of the same material you use to keep your plates from sliding while traveling and place it on the boom of the shower. This should help prevent some potential bruises and brakes.
